Calling all TFA Early Admit Students...
Teach for America and The Graide Network are excited to announce a special partnership opportunity exclusively available for Early Admitted Corps Members! As a future corps member, this is a unique chance to begin building the tangible skills and experience necessary to succeed in the classroom.
Through The Graide Network, you can begin working remotely with K-12 teachers by grading and providing feedback on student work online. As a "Graider", you'll gain exposure to a host of instructional practices, while also receiving feedback and mentorship from veteran teacher. This is a highly flexible and convenient way to start making an immediate impact on students. You can work from the comfort of your dorm or favorite coffee shop, choosing the assignments, subjects and grade levels that interest you most and fit your busy schedule!
As an Early Admit student, there are plenty of perks! You will get first preference in partnering with the teachers of your choosing and we'll work to ensure you're matched with low-income and high-needs schools in urban and rural districts across the country so you can have the greatest possible impact. All of your hours of service will be tracked and reported to TFA so they will be aware of your awesome work, and we'll be showcasing our TFA Graiders on our blog and social media. Plus, this is a paid opportunity, so you can do good and earn extra spending money for the weekend!
