WHO ARE "GRAIDERS"?

Graiders are undergraduate students who are aspiring teachers and are enrolled in or preparing to enroll in top education programs, a.k.a pre-service teachers. In short order, they will be your colleagues!

HOW ARE GRAIDERS VETTED?

Graiders are vetted and approved by The Graide Network through a rigorous application and interview process. We evaluate relevant experience and coursework, academic performance, and professionalism. We look for passion and demonstrated commitment to teaching, such as club involvement or membership in an education honors society.

HOW are we matched?

We request Graiders who match your subject and grade level. Graiders with strong ratings from other teachers and relevant prior experience are prioritized. You may also send requests to specific Graiders. Many teachers continue to work with the same small group of Graiders.
